Freezer Meal Sessions · Portland, OR

A freezer full of dinners your family will actually want.

A single focused session that fills your freezer for weeks. We build a menu together, I shop for the best seasonal ingredients, and then I cook the whole run at once in my kitchen: 15 to 25 fully labeled, freezer-ready meals, each portioned and sealed with reheating instructions on the lid. It all arrives at your door ready to stack straight into the freezer. You decide how full it needs to be.

How pricing works

Freezer sessions begin at $375. The final number depends on the quantity of meals you want, your household size, and the menu you choose. Bring your own groceries for a reduced rate, or I shop and bill at cost with receipts. You get the number before anything is booked.

Questions, answered plainly

How many meals come out of one session?

15 to 25 fully labeled, freezer-ready meals, depending on menu complexity and how much you want stocked: enough to cover weeks of dinners your family will actually want to eat.

What kinds of seasons is this for?

A surgery, cancer treatment, a busy season at work, a new puppy, caring for elderly parents, or prepping before a vacation. Some families book it before a baby arrives, and that version is its own package on the postpartum page. If the next month looks heavy, a full freezer is the head start.

Can I buy the groceries myself?

Yes. Client-provided groceries come at a reduced session rate, or I shop for the best seasonal ingredients and bill them at cost with receipts.
