Expanded Family Meal Prep · Portland, OR

A bigger table deserves a bigger cook.

Feeding a full house is a different job. The planning is heavier, the shopping is heavier, and the food that was supposed to last the week is gone by Thursday. This is weekly meal preparation built at that scale: 5 dinners with sides and up to 10 prepared lunches, cooked fresh and delivered in reusable glass containers, so the refrigerator is still worth opening on Friday.

How pricing works

This is the top of the weekly ladder, above Signature at $375 and Essentials at $325. It is a flat weekly rate, ideal for households of 4 to 6 or anyone wanting extra leftovers for lunches and busy evenings. Which tier you need is settled in the free consultation, before anything is booked. Either way you always know the two numbers: the weekly rate, and the grocery receipt.

For a full house, the planning and shopping alone can eat an entire weekend day. This hands that day back, every week.

Questions, answered plainly

How is this different from weekly meal prep?

It's the same service, sized up. Expanded is 5 dinners with up to 2 sides each and up to 10 prepared lunches, at $450 a week. Signature, which suits most households, is 4 dinners with sides and 8 lunches at $375. Essentials is lighter still, 3 dinners, a salad, and 2 breakfasts, at $325. Expanded is built for bigger tables: more food per week, planned so it genuinely lasts instead of running out on Thursday.

Is my family big enough for this tier?

It's designed for households of 4 to 6, and for anyone who wants extra leftovers for lunches and busy evenings. If you're not sure, that's exactly what the free consultation is for. Tell me how many people you're feeding, how often you eat at home, and what a normal week looks like, and I'll tell you honestly which tier fits. Nobody should pay for the larger one if Signature covers them.

Do you shop for the groceries?

Yes, shopping is included every week. I source from Portland farmers markets and local purveyors whenever possible, prioritizing organic and seasonal produce, and groceries are billed at cost with receipts provided.

Do you cook around dietary restrictions?

Every menu is customized: gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, plant-based, low-FODMAP, and more. In a bigger household that often means several needs at once, which is planned in from the start, not accommodated after. One honest note: my kitchen is not an allergen-free facility, so if anyone in your household has a severe allergy, tell me at the consultation and we'll talk through exactly how I'd handle it. In-home cooking is one of the options we can discuss in that case.
